CAPE TOWN: As part of recognising September as the international deaf awareness month, this year’s programme was organised to promote and create awareness in the public arena about South African Sign Language and deaf culture under the theme “Make it happen with SASL officialization” on Tuesday, the event took place in Khayelitsha.
