PRETORIA mother Debbie Engels with her daughter, Gabrielle Engels, speaking outside the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday, during an application made by AfriForum against Minister of International Relations and Co-operation Maite Nkoana-Mashabane for granting Grace Mugabe diplomatic immunity. The 20-year-old Gabrielle was attacked by the Zimbabwe’s first lady Grace Mugabe in August, when she was visiting her two sons in a Johannesburg hotel.
