CAPE TOWN: A woman believed to be in her sixties was badly injured after she suffered from dehydration on Table Mountain on Monday.  She was rescued by an ER24 helicopter and she was treated at the scene for her injuries. It appeared the woman had gone hiking along India Venster described as one of the most exciting hiking routes on Table Mountain.
