CAPE TOWN: Eastern Cape businessman and soccer boss Siviwe “Chippa” Mpengesi hands over a four-roomed house, which was built using Green Crete alternative building technology, to Maria Ntese of Site B. A 64-year-old pensioner, Maria Ntese, who has been living in a shack for more than 30 years, received a new home on Tuesday October 22, thanks to the intervention of soccer boss Siviwe “Chippa” Mpengesi.
