CAPE TOWN: The circumstances surrounding the arson cases are being investigated, after Cape Peninsula University of Technology buildings (CPUT) were tortured on Tuesday and Wednesday. 
Police spokesperson Andrè Traut confirmed that on Tuesday night at around 22:40 a petrol bomb was thrown at a building at the CPUT campus in Bellville South. While a building was set alight at the CPUT campus in Mowbray and Cape Town on Wednesday morning.
