CAPE TOWN: The Executive Mayor of Cape Town Dan Plato and the MEC for Community Safety Alan Winde held a press briefing on the current Electricity crisis in South Africa at the City of Cape Town’s Electricity Services Head Office in Bellville. Western Cape Premier candidate Alan Winde expects the President of South Africa to declare the electricity crisis a National Disaster.
