CAPE TOWN: The City and province has gone into full emergency mode in preparation for Day Zero when taps run dry with Premier Helen Zille meeting South African Breweries (SAB) on Monday. SAB has been providing spring water to the public of Western Cape, preparing Day Zero. General Manager of SAB, John Stenslunde said, about 4000 people get water from the spring per day.
