CAPE TOWN: Nomawethu Dumasile, 61, died after she was knocked down by a taxi in Sheffield Road, Philippi. Residents have since barricade the road and burnt a motor vehicle to protest against reckless driving. They also demand that speed bumps be installed on Sheffield Road. Video by: Tracey Adams
