JOHANNESBURG: National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane said on Wednesday following court proceedings at the Protea Magistrates Court , where the man who was accused of sexual assault appeared, the Orlando scholar patroller is facing eight charges, three rape and five sexual assault.
