CAPE TOWN: There was gridlock at the Cape Town Taxi Rank as taxis blocked Christiaan Barnard Street. It is alleged that the commotion stemmed from a warrant operation in which several taxi drivers were arrested. It is also believed that the firearm of an off duty police officer was stolen.
