CAPE TOWN: Disgruntled ANCYL members on Sunday called for immediate intervention by the party’s national and provincial leadership.
Member Mesuli Kama accused the executive committee in the province of being an “illegal structure”.
He said the current committee was elected on February 20, 2015, and according to the ANCYL’s constitution, they are only allowed to stand for a term of two years.
Kama said they had written several letters to the office of the Secretary General of the ANCYL, but has still not received a response.
